^ Maybe Toys R Us? They likely have an online store, in addition to the brick and mortars. Worth a try.

And glad to see you are home, BigFoot! Hope you have a nice Christmas with your family! :)

Maybe I'll get coaster to post pics of our bouncing baby TV in this thread sometime today. He posted pictures of it in the Vircon Vegas thread last night...so so you can prolly see it there too.

As you can see, BigFoot, what it replaced wasn't much of anything - the old TV was a 19 inch TV that I'd had since 1991.

So this is a bit of a step up! ;)

Last night, coaster was in heaven, watching Monday Night Football. The only down side was that the Dolphins were losing when we went to bed. :(

*Pokes his point-eared cape-and-cowel clad head in through the door, sniffs the air, notices a foul smell eminating from DS9Fan2, but enters anyway...*

So what's a guy (or perhaps bat?) gotta do to get a drink 'round here, huh?

*Checks utility belt for napkins, finds none...* Twelve types of anti-toxin, ropes and grapplers, batterangs galore, but no napkins? Damn Alfred... :D

^ Hey Frontier!!! Good to see you in here! You should post in this thread with us...we've missed you around here, and since you are (or were, anyway!) a forum regular, it would be awesome to see more of you! :)

BTW, guys...I have asked coaster to post pics in this thread today of the Big TV....so hopefully, you'll all get to see our latest family member! :p

I have the pic of the new giant TV right here. A Sony 60" LCD HDTV. You should see how epic Babylon 5 looks on it! ;) :D

^ He was in seventh heaven, watching the NFL on that thing.

And we watched a couple of episodes of Babylon 5 and they looked pretty good too.

I plan to watch an episode or two of DS9 this weekend, just to see how they look. I watched Sacrifice of Angels only a couple of months ago...but I may watch it again, just to see the Big Space Battle on that TV. It will be like it's in the theatre!

BTW, what is everyone doing for Christmas? Tell us your plans! :p

^I'll be spending Christmas wishing I had a TV like that! ;)

My sister, her boyfriend, my brother, one of my unlces and my dad's friend are coming over for Christmas day, so that makes eight of us, including me, and my mum and dad. My dad's friend isn't exactly my favourite person, he smells rather odd (sorry that sounds really childish... but it's true!) and he has a habbit of making sarcastic comments which easily offend people... but hopefully he will tone it down on Christmas day. He'd better, or I'll be throwing brussel sprouts at him! :p

I went bowling last night, and my bum is aching, I must have pulled a muscle or sumthing. :scream:

I'll be having a quiet Christmas with my parents and grandmother.

Last night was fun, though. Had a gig at the country club and ate DUCK, which I only get at these things. Yummy! :D

 That's not a TV - it's a small wall!!! :D

Very nice, you two. We'll all have one each, thanks. :D

G'day, everyone. Compliments of the season to you all. :)

Well, I'll be by myself on Christmas eve cus coaster is flying. But on Christmas Day, I'm going to my sister's house for a big bash. My brother-in-law's birthday is on Christmas, and so they have a really big party every year!

It should be fun, I think!

Otherwise, I'll probably play The Sims 2 all weekend. Maxis finally came out with a tool to make walls and floors, and I'm gonna make some of those for my game, since I can't stand the ones Maxis put in there! :p

Well we're not really big on x-mas. We actually celebrate New Years. Either way, we're not doing anything special tomorrow, but my bro and his wife are coming over on x-mas day for an early New Years dinner.

Hey guys/gals

Sorry I havn't been around very much, but I just got back from a skiing vacation up to Tahoe. While the conditions left much to be desired, I still had a fun time. Yesterday, I saw The Aviator and was very impressed. I'm not a big fan of Decaprio, but he played Howard Hueghs well. It was great to see Brent Spiner make a cameo, and Spoiler:
He really sounded like Data. ;)

It's great to be home.

Psssst Vash... you asked about Everquest in the "What Game are you Playing" thread in the General TV & Media forum, so I gave you my thoughts on a similiar game that has consumed my life since I've been on holidays called World of Warcraft. Have a look!

Hey all, just popping in to wish everyone a (somewhat) early Merry Christmas! :)

Same to you Steve.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays all. Today is basically a wrap day, followed by 9:00 Mass. Other than that, I'm free the whole day. ;)

Ditto that. Merry Christmas, everyone. :)

I assure you, it's looking pretty good from here. :D
