Was Morn a telepath?

Ferengi tend to not be readable by telepaths due to their four lobed brains.

Just a minor point but, I think the claim is that Betazoids have trouble reading Ferengi. Not sure that it's true for telepaths in general.

Plot twist: in the very last episode of DS9, we find out Morn (not a shapeshifter playing him) is actually the sole true leader of the Dominion.

If Morn was really a telepath, we would have seen the characters interact with him as if he was saying something telepathically. They usually start with as if they had just finished a conversation, and talked about him jabbering his mouth off.

No. I don't know why but that above photo of Morn is creepy. I don't know if it his expression... that turtle however is cute, though I would not date him.
