Spoilers WandaVision discussion thread

*unsure about the reference*

*goes to Wikipedia and looks up the winner of the 1981 Academy Award for Best Foreign Film*

Oooohhhh...

I remain doubtful of Olsen's and Bettany's chances to win tonight, but one actor from the show did win tonight: Evan Peters...albeit for Mare of Easttown.

Considering both Peters and Julianne Nicholson won, there's no chance Olsen will over Kate Winslet.

I mean, I think we knew that they wouldn't win the BIG awards. Especially up against big Prestige series like Queen's Gambit and Mare of Easttown.

But even making it to Nomination phase is pretty monumental.

Unsurprisingly, they didn't get any of the major awards alas.

...although Elizabeth Olsen was at the Mare of Easttown table so she was surrounded by Emmys. I'm sure she could just nick one and no one would notice. ;)

Either way, the show won three Creative Emmys which is fantastic!
