I wouldn’t assume that what we see in trailers is the whole story. Disney wouldn’t show any multiverse elements in trailers before it was confirmed somewhere else. For all we know both Falcon and Winter Soldier will show up in end WandaVision, and we’ll see a To Be Continued on The Falcon and The Winter Soldier

Yeah...but I'm still skeptical. Everything we've seen and read about the show doesn't suggest that and that the focus is more about filling in Cap's shoes and dealing with Zemo's crusade against superheroes. Doesn't fit thematically and there's no reason to think multiverse would show up there.

I thought the opening credits on episode 7 was a nice tip of the hat to the multiverse with Wanda's name appearing in all sorts of different contexts.

Not likely. Pre pandemic, Falcon and Winter Soldier was scheduled to be released first, before WandaVision.

I think it's just another example of how Wanda alters things from the outside to adapt them her reality.

Wow! Great episode.

I enjoyed the fact they were able to retcon Wanda's 'origin' to show she always had latent mutant/magical abilities; and it the infinity stone somehow amplified what was there - meaning she and Pietro were the only ones to survive exposure BECAUSE of their mutant abilities. I also like how they finally gave her the moniker "Scarlet Witch" here.

It also in no way precludes Wanda finding out Magneto is her TRUE father. The one sad thing is it looks like they won't be restricting Pietro and reuniting the 'twins' (unless it's a part of the "Multiverse of Madness" Dr. Strange II feature film the Wanda character is going to be a part of.

And IF WandaVision is a lead in to that film - along with everything else in it - IF we get another major Marvel 'hero' appearing in the final episode, it has to be Dr. Strange.

I also agree with some others here that (end credits in the previous episode aside WRT "Sparky" ); Agatha Harkness may not be the Villain here. If anything - back in 1693, she was found to be a 'Scarlett Witch' (and hence extremely powerful - which was why she was looking at material above her 'station' in the Coven in an attempt to better control said power); and that's why the Coven 9and her own mother were attempting to execute her because they believe that such power corrupts the person, and thus they ultimately use said power to horrible ends. Agatha (after 328 years) may still be trying to control/curb that impulse (or actually believe she has, when in fact she hasn't). My point being: Agatha believes she can, and she wants to be 'good'; but she keeps occasionally 'slipping up'.

In fact given what we now know about this entire situation, and the fact Agatha Harkness is shown to be a 300+ year old magical being directly involved (and perhaps drawn here when she sensed what was going on here and found Wanda at the center of it) - I'm surprised Dr. Strange (or Wong or some other powerful Earth sorcerer or sorceress ) hasn't already shown up to access and correct this massive magical situation - UNLWSS we find out Agatha is an agent OF Dr. Strange, sent for this exact reason.

I mean hell, in Thor: Ragnarok, Dr. Strange was aware Loki and Thor had travelled to Earth and almost immediately contained Loki while he spoke with Thor to find the reason Thor brought Loki to Midgard.

In other words - if what Wanda has been doing IS magic-related, you'd think Dr. Strange would show up almost immediately given the power level of the magic involved.

But yeah, eagerly awaiting the final episode to see how they finish this aspect of the story.

I wonder if there's any significance to the different colors of magic we've seen? All of Dr. Strange, The Ancient One's other students, and the Darkhold have yellow magic, Agatha's coven all had blue, Agatha has purple, Wanda has red, and it we include the Minorus and The Staff of One, they had white magic. I haven't watched Season 3 of Runaways yet, so I'm not sure if a specific color is associated with Morgan La Fey.

I really think someone else is really running the "show", because I'm not sure Wanda would create a bubble universe with American shows created before she was born (I assume 1989ish like Elizabeth Olsen herself?), when she might not have grown up with in her part of Europe.

Ah, I see. Wanda's parents got the VHS/DVDs illegally as implied by the father.... interesting. I noticed Who's the Boss in there. I was a bit taken back by how pristine those cases were.....I mean the fighting was going on outside their apartment at the time....

I started wondering if Vision's real body is somewhere in that basement, and the one we've been looking at is a projection by Agatha.


Interesting. The car at Agatha's house appears to have Connecticut plates instead of New Jersey. If it was a random car on the street, I'd think nothing, but a parked car right at Agatha's? Maybe. Maybe not.

I will say, Wandavision has made me more interested in phase 4 as a whole.

I'm kind of a medium-fan of Marvel, I'm interested in seeing the movies when they're good. But if there's going to be this kind of thing, it draws my interest to a lot of the stuff coming out.

And I would not be interested at all if there weren't a continuing storyline.

The Power stone from GotG was purple. I suspect, like most tools, it could be used for evil purposes if its user (Ronan) was evil, but not exclusively so.
