I was wondering if it was going to be one of the other leads from the Disney+ series, like Falcon, Winter Soldier, Loki or Hawkeye. They liked to give us a post credits scene setting up the next movie, so I could see them doing something similar here and set up one of the other shows with a quick cameo in WandaVision.
Given that Falcon and Winter Soldier kicks off only a few days after WandaVision finishes I'd say that Sam or Bucky, probably the former, is a better bet.
There's actually two weeks between the two. WandaVision finale is on March 5, Falcon and the Winter Soldier premieres on March 19.
EW.com has a new interview with Randall Park. He actually did do the card trick when he first showed up. I was wondering about that.
After this and Ant-Man and the Wasp, I'm kind of starting to want an Agents of Atlas show with Park's Jimmy Woo as the lead. Either version would be fine with me, but since they seem to lean towards stuff from the more modern comics with the MCU, the current version would probably be more likely. Shang-Chi is already on the way, and Cindy Moon appeared in Infinity War, so that's two more familiar faces who could be in it too.

Any chance he comes out alive after WandaVision? In one on the previews he can be seen trying to break free through the barrier.. any chance he could succeed? I’d like to think this whole series is not just Wanda dealing with grief. Maybe there is actually something to all this?

Well, yeah. Comics. Vision has been disassembled, slapped back together or reprogrammed any number of times.
As for Vision breaking through the barrier, we do see can break through the other side and fall immediately to his knees. It's quite possible that he will next fall flat on his face because he's a corpse.
And it's quite possible that they will find a way to bring Vision out the other side of this alive as well. I mean, I suspect that Tommy and Billy will continue on beyond this story simply due to the fact that they are essential members of The Young Avengers. If Wanda can do that, basically create instant children, there certainly might be some way for her to save Vision.

In addition to the ones mentioned above, we already have connections to Captain Marvel, Ant Man, and Thor in the cast.
That's what I thought, and the main reason I was leaning towards Loki now as our surprise MCU character. If both shows are connected Dr. Strange, than it would makes sense to connect them to each other too.
I think the fact that Monica still looked the same as she did in Westview after Wanda kicked her out, could mean that things from Westview can exist outside of it, and that Vision and Billy and Tommy will continue to exist after this is all over. Billy and Tommy are too big a part of the comics for them to not to be around after WandaVision ends.
Endgame.
Stark screwed up. Creating an alt timeline where Loki gets the space stone and runs off into the universe. He's never taken back to Asgard in chains, so he never helps out, betrays everyone, replaces Odin, and gets killed by Thanos.
Loki with the space stone in a new weird timeline, gathers the attention a bunch of space/time cops called the Time Variance Authority (TVA) and they press him into service as an Agent to fix his weirdness, and other different weirdness.
I haven't kept up with any actual comics since the late 80s; but a friend of mine who still does (because he's a freelancne letterer for both Marvel and DC told me that ultimately in the comic, Wanda/The Scarlett Witch became the most powerful character in the MCU and there was a story arc where the Marvel Heroes had to unite against her to prevent her from permanently destroying the universe/multiverse?

If taht's what they're working towards that aspect from the comics to some point here, then IMO - resurrecting a version of the Vision that can become living again in 'our real world' wouldn't be beyond her abilities.

Hmm... So, perhaps
Scarlet Witch = Phoenix/Jean Grey and possibly using those two characters to meld the two Marvel universes together? Because that's kind of where they took the latter in both Last Stand and Dark Phoenix
They tried twice with those movies for that character and failed miserably both times. I doubt they are going down that road again.
