What have Walter's TOS co-stars had to say about this?

Since William Shatner lost his (3rd) wife under somewhat similar circumstances, I'd think he would know the kind of pain the Koenigs are suffering right now.

Also: There seem to be a LOT of threads about Andrew right now. Since now we know the truth, I suggest closing all of them and restricting further comments to the TrekToday thread.

This is sad beyond belief. Our condolences to Walter and his family. He is truly a class act.

I've had problems with depression and the only way I've found to deal with it effectively is to stay busy. Easier said than done, but it works.

Agreed Saxman. I have been on vacation this last week and being winter there is absolutely nothing to do. I suffer depression as well and I have had a few bad moments this week, once I get my butt moving though it diminishs somewhat. Golf was the one thing that really helped me when I had my biggest feeling of hopelessness. I know it sounds weird but that was one thing I looked forward to in life and my problems disappeared for the couple hours I would be out on the golf course.
