Though as a complete package, visuals and music, I think the opening of the ENT episode "In A Mirror, Darkly" has them all beat.

As much as opening credits can be nice, I'm far more interested in which has show has the best content.

I was never a fan of the ENT theme song but I love the visuals of that show's opening. Over the years lots of people have made versions with the visuals and various orchestral scores, many of which have worked very well.

And I second the above comment that "In A Mirror Darkly" was the best of all!
