Voyager voyeur....

I haven`t watched any Voyager for awhile, I`m about to watch an episode from season one, poll which episode you recomend I watch first?

I vote "Time and Again" because, by then, the actors had gotten a feel for their characters, and it's a heavy Janeway centric episode.

Loved Faces, the whole Human vs Klingon sides of Torres was very interesting.

"Caretaker" is a terrific pilot, and perhaps the best episode of the entire first season. Why not start there?

I think it`s good to start with Caretaker. It`s a great pilot.
Next would be for me Parallax (Marquis /starfleet).

I`m wondering someone voted Heroes and Demons
Its one of the episodes I usually skip because I don`t like it.

"Caretaker", "Parallax" and "Eye of the Needle" are probably my favorite episodes from the first season. I'd watch "Parallax", because it's cool to see how some friction between the Maquis and Starfleet people might have looked like.

I love them all, and say watch the entire season.

Although Time and Again is heavy on the Janeway, I love Parallax because we see the "seduction of the maquis" begin, first with B'Elanna... and then with Chakotay.

I love that voice Janeway turns on B'Elanna in the shuttle craft, and the flirtation with Chakotay in the final scene in Engineering.

If I was going to re-watch VOY and it had been a while...I'd start with the 1st ep with 7 Of 9...that is just me though.

From the 1st season...Obviously start with "Caretaker".

Whenever I do a rewatch of any of the series I always start with the first episode/pilot to get me back into it.

Caretaker is probably my favorite Pilot of the 5 series (And after just rewatching Enterprise and Broken Bow, I still think Caretaker wins out) so start there. If not, I really do like Phage because it introduced one of my favorite Voyager races, it really put forth what Janeway was in relation to her crew, it was just a really really good episode.

Wonder what Voyager would have been like if Seven was in Voyager from first season.

I'm not sure how they would have gotten Seven on the show in the first season, but it does bring up a possibility I've always wondered. What if Kes had stayed and you had a Seven/Kes relationship. I think it would have worked somehow.
