She speaks to her briefly but she doesn't have her implants visible, she is in a starfleet uniform, and gives a false name. She doesn't reveal herself to be SevenSeven reveals herself to a pre-"Caretaker" Janeway

I concur. Listen to the dialog again. It was during a Kazon attack. It's not pre-Caretaker. On Deck One that was pre-Delta Quadrant.No. It was about two years after they first got stranded in Delta Quadrant, must be just before Basics since they were still enduring Kazon attacks.
It was the Doctor originally, after he remove her Borg armor Seven needed "thermal" clothing. Obviously Seven didn't have a lot of body fat.
Couldn't she just eat something?
ahhh, silly me!
So why was she still wearing it years later i wonder?
She was still using the regeneration alcove. There is something in the suits that allows her to interface with the alcoves or something like thatahhh, silly me!

He said he lived with a woman down on the planet. I assume he adopted the child she was already carrying.
Oh yes, besides he loved this child and the mother so much that he didn't hesitate to disappear in the twinkling of an eye, leaving them behind on this planet without feeling any regret or a very little. No more mention afterward, not even an object belonging to the mother or his "son" to remind them in memory of them...you know, like Janeway/Paris with their offsprings abandoned on another planet, in Threshold.-> It is said that parents always remember the birth of their children but not in this case...

One of the joys of being a piece of sentient software which can edit itself?
In all fairness, he was randomly plucked up off the planet. He didn't prepare for it, he was just beamed out with no warning. Just because he didn't talk about it doesn't mean he wasn't in pain about it.Oh yes, besides he loved this child and the mother so much that he didn't hesitate to disappear in the twinkling of an eye, leaving them behind on this planet without feeling any regret or a very little. Where would he have gotten a picture? When he was packing his bags to leave? He was beamed out with no warning, no chance to grab a picture.Would our dear Doctor have a selective memory? I guess that a picture of a naked Seven must be more interesting than the picture of a woman who shared his existence for several months with "their" beloved son) ?
