Like the klingon D7 battle cruiser in voyager,if voyager became a generational,and got home,wouldnt earth be an other alien planet to everyone,because they would only have seen and heard about earth from their ancestors(who would hear it from their parents,grandparents etc)they be like naomi wildman who think of voyager as home,and how would earth and starfleet treated them?.

The Medical science that kept him alive till Encounter at Farpoint was shit and probably dangerous compared to what the new age Doctors of the 24th century had on hand, who would look down on McCoys surgery aboard the Enterprise 1701 in terror as if it was a medieval torture chamber...
24th century Humans should be able to crack 200 before they start to appear middle aged.

I don't think there are any laws establishing/dictating marriage limitations considering that Andorians couple in groups of four to make babies.
