Game VOY Episode Pitch Game

A MU episode would be too easy.

“Cracked Mirror”- Seven of Nine is kidnapped by a woman who wishes to drain her youth and beauty so she can win over her suitor. Meanwhile, The Doctor and Tom try to ease the fears of a crewman who is approaching the age his father was when he began to lose his mind.

Next episode: "The Great Gobackulator Caper"

"The Great Gobackulator Caper"

After passing a planet with a surplus of coffee beans, Janeway offers a trade to acquire them. When the planet’s government refuses, Janeway pioneers a daring plan to go back a week in time to take the coffee beans without the planet's government's knowledge. Meanwhile, Paris borrows Neelix’s frying pans over several days to make a special anniversary dinner for B’Elanna, with Neelix thinking that Harry Kim is playing a prank on him.

Next episode – “Kafkaesque”

Nuts, I was hoping for a Captain Proton episode! Oh, well...

“Kafkaesque” - Janeway experiences a series of bizarre situations which are believed to be nightmares at first; in reality, she keeps replacing her alternate selves in hellish dystopian alternate realities. Can she find her way back to her original reality? Will she ever know for sure she is back? Meanwhile (or at first) The Doctor experiments with altering his program to insect/microorganism size so he can have a different perspective on his patients.

Next episode: "Vigilance"

“Vigilance” - The crew takes turns on the night shift, after a sequence of mysterious events affecting the starship occur when the crew is asleep. When the mysterious events also occur during the day as well as at night, the crew refuses to sleep then either. Only the Doctor seems alarmed that the crew is being sleep deprived and no one singular cause can be determined. When the Doctor accepts help from outside the ship for round the clock surveillance, after his plans for a holographic crew as temporary stand ins becomes unfeasible, he unwittingly hands over control of the ship to the pirates - as they intended.

Next episode - “A Tale of Two Protons”

"A Tale Of Two Protons"- Another spacial scission, like the one in Deadlock, hits Voyager. Due to the crew's experience last time, the only impact it has is on the holodeck, where a Captain Proton adventure gets duplicated as Paris is playing Proton. Each thinks the other is part of the program, a creation of Dr. Chaotica. When the scission hit, some rocks fell out of the ceiling and covered the holodeck door, so no crew members can get in and tell Paris he's been copied in reality. Can Paris convince himself that he's real?

Next episode- "Breaking Point"

"Breaking Point": The crew of Voyager is becoming increasingly irritable, snapping at the least little thing. What connection does it have to the area of space they are currently traversing, in which legend says many ships have self-destructed due to crew breakdown? (think a mutiny-causing Bermuda Triangle) Meanwhile, Tom tries to fix a persistent flaw in the Delta Flyer, with Naomi shadowing him.

Next episode: "Surgical Strike"

“Surgical Strike” - Chakotay and Tuvok are in a detente on how to deal with a rebel group holding several Voyager crewmembers hostage. While Chakotay thinks they should simply beam in and stun the group, while their rotating shield frequency allows for it, Tuvok simply wants to fire a couple of torpedoes – the last torpedoes available on the ship - and disconnect the rebel group from reinforcements that are on their way. Meanwhile, the Doctor perform a lifesaving surgery on a negotiator that defected from the rebel group, who once had dreams about being a doctor themselves.

Next episode - “Red Balloons”

“Red Balloons”: A particle field scatters Voyager's signal, leading a planet to believe that a massive armada is coming to annihilate them. Much of the episode is from the point of view of frightened alien families and military, who have been receiving these erroneous signals from Voyager for some time now, unbeknownst to the crew. When the planet bravely mounts a force of their own (a la Independence Day), can Janeway convince them they've nothing to be afraid of?

Next episode: "B Flat"

“B Flat” - Voyager must figure out a way to traverse two dimensional space, a feat that has never before been attempted by even the Borg. Meanwhile Naomi and the other children take music lessons from Harry Kim, who turns out to be a stricter teacher than they expect.

Next episode - “Dilithium, Duranium, Zenite, Merculite”

“Dilithium, Duranium, Zenite, Merculite”- B'Elanna leads a team of Voyager crew members to an ore-rich uninhabited planet to replenish their supply of raw materials. They run into trouble when they encounter an alien smuggler ship's crew, also seeking material to repair their crashed ship. Meanwhile, Neelix assigns the Borg children and Naomi a scavenger hunt throughout the ship in order to keep them from discovering his birthday party plans for all the kids.

Next episode: "Blunt Force"

“Blunt Force” - A type of bacterium sneaks onto Voyager and causes B’Elanna, Tuvok and Seven to speak bluntly in every social interaction and behave rather aggressively towards the rest of the crew. Meanwhile, Paris, Kim, Chakotay, and Janeway run an anbo-jyutsu holoprogram; the rest of the participants complain that Janeway hits them too hard.

Next episode - “Breaking the Bank”

“Breaking the Bank” - During a slump in morale, Tom revives the radiogenic sweepstakes with revised rules, at the same time as Voyager is doing a favor for an alien race by transporting a shipment of food and dry goods to one of their colonies. Due to a misunderstanding, alien crooks mistakenly believe Voyager is an armored car being used to transport valuables (money, jewels, etc) and plan to heist the ship.

Next episode: "Roughage"

“Roughage” - A variant of leola root Neeilix finds and puts in his prepared meals for the crew end up making them sick. Meanwhile, Seven and the Borg children learn about humanity’s struggle with weight loss and creating a decent diet in the late 20th and early 21st century.

Next episode - “Prehistoric”

“Prehistoric”- The crew of Voyager is asked to provide samples of their DNA because it's a requirement for visitors to a planet to do so. A rogue scientist at the collection bureau is experimenting with reverse-engineering the DNA donor's distant ancestors through genetic analysis and holographic simulation. Members of the crew become aware of this and wind up at the mercy of their holo-simulated facsimiles of their long-dead relatives.

Next episode: "Momentum"

“Momentum” - Voyager has spent the last several weeks getting stuck in polaric fields. At the start of the episode, they have basically given up in getting the ship to move any further, fearing they will just keep running into them and that they will lose more shuttecrafts unnecessarily. Not wanting to accept defeat, Neelix works with B’Elanna and Tom to come up with a way to get the ship moving again. meanwhile Naomi and the Borg children are running a holoprogram set in the mid 20th century based around soap box car racing, to distract themselves from the ship’s current crisis.

Next episode – “Between a Rock and a Bulkhead”

“Between a Rock and a Bulkhead”- Janeway is faced with court-martialing a crew member who comes to her and confesses to having been responsible for a serious incident shortly after Voyager's stranding. The offense under Federation and Starflet law would carry a long mandatory prison sentence and dishonorable discharge. This crew member is a very important specialist (not a main character, but still crucial). Further, the crew member faces justice in one country on the world where they committed the offense, which carries a punishment of death. A rival country offers the crew member asylum, as they could use the crew member's expertise in their field. Janeway has to decide who to surrender the crew member to, or if to do so at all, and how to avoid starting war between the countries.

Next episode: "Odd and Even"

“Odd and Even” - Voyager encounters a planet whose government is decided by a game of chance. Perplexed that governments are essentially formed by their version of rock-paper-scissors, the crew does an experiment to see how well such a system would work on a starship. While some crewmen like Joe Carey are revealed to have hidden talents (ex. astrophysics), others like Neelix are completely mismatched and in over their head for the roles the find themselves in (ex. chief engineer).

Next episode - “Malware"

“Malware" - While updating Voyager's software, an old Romulan program hidden in the databank is accidentally activated, turning The Doctor into a covert agent, collecting intel for the Tal Shiar. In order to fix the problem without corrupting his software, Tuvok pretends to be his handler. Meanwhile, Neelix cheers up a sick Naomi with stories of his past adventures.

So technically spyware, though that term wasn't widely known in VOY's heyday.

The first use of the term “spyware” appeared was in 1995 in a Usenet article that targeted Microsoft's business model. In early 2000, it reappeared in a press release for a personal firewall product. This marked the beginning and acceptance of the “spyware” term.

Next episode: "The Curious Incident of the Borg in the Night-Time" (the comment made by Holmes in "Silver Blaze" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Adventure_of_Silver_Blaze), as the same title novel didn't come out until 2003 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_C...the Night-Time,The Adventure of Silver Blaze".))

"The Curious Incident of the Borg in the Night-Time" - When Voyager finds a parallel Earth that resembles Earth at the turn of the millennium, they are disturbed to find Borg drones present on the planet. As they investigate, they are increasingly puzzled that the Borg only appear at night and vanish as the planet turns to day. They decide to turn to Icheb to investigate this phenomenon, and have him shadowed by Seven of Nine for his protection. The episode is narrated from Icheb’s perspective, and is told to an alien child who is being looked after by the Doctor on Voyager.

Next episode – “Daze and Knights”

“Daze and Knights”- After rescuing the heir to an alien throne from an assassination attempt, Harry Kim is honored with a knighthood. This draws the unwanted attention of the would-be assassins, who now set their sights on eliminating Kim. Meanwhile, Chakotay helps mediate a "he said, she said" dispute between two crew members who share the same research lab.
