Very hard to choose, and I wish I could have voted for seven or more!

I'm just fascinated by the structures of microscopic life. 
LOL I see. That fascination can backfire, though. I once showed a friend a sample from her favourite swimming pond with lots of zooplancton in it. When I met her again, a few weeks later, and asked her whether she had been swimming she replied she'd never in her life go into that pond again because "it's crawling with hairy monsters!"
