Actually, the guy who voted twice voted for both Admiral Shran and od0_ital in the Theme contest, giving Admiral Shran the win instead of making it a tie between me and him.

I think you mean JiNX. od0 is in the bowser house with me, with zero votes for Theme.

We don't know if Vote #2 would have been for JiNX or Shran. But you're the contest runner, so you get to pick, wheee! If you want to call it a tie, it is your prerogative as the Wielder Of Terrible Power.
