Well, it seems the BBCOnline timings were wrong - the online Radio Times has the Dalek episode running 18:35-19:20
So if this is just basically a rewrite of Power of the Daleks as some have suggested, will we get to hear the daleks say those immortal words, "I am your serrrrr-vant!"?
BBC Press has 18:30 to 19:15 so im going with that for the moment.
They're really trying to fuck over people who'll set a timer to record it, aren't they?
Which thankfully I won't have to.

As long as you're willing to pretend that the last five years weren't massively popular and successful and that "real" Doctor Who has only just returned to our screens it's a great place to hang out!

I was wondering about that. I read the review thread for this episode there yesterday and noticed that. a lot of hyperbole and turning on people and things that were popular before the Moffat era. Seems a bit premature after just two episodes.
^ your guess is as good as mine. It seems it was probably never supposed to be 65 minutes long.
Question is, would it have been better or worse if it had lasted 65 minutes? Might have been better, but having said that hard to see where another 20 mins of plot would have come from.
