Very Sad News: Red Ranger has passed away.

He was a good man and I'll miss him. I hadn't been keeping up with people's Facebook posts lately so I didn't even know this happened. Terrible news. :(

It shocked me when he posted the update about his right leg, but it didn't get him down. It just made him that much more determined to get better. :(

R.I.P

God knows what it was like for him. You really never know what goes on in other people's insides. Teaches us never to make assumptions, you can be so wrong. May he rest in peace now. :(

I was thinking how sad it is how many members that have passed away that we don't even know about, we assume 'they just never came back'. :(

Shitty. Dude was a lot of fun to post with, in the general forums, in TNZ, in the five-word stories. I'm sorry I didn't get to meet him. And a true master of the hat is hard to find in this day and age.

He has been very much missed in TNZ arguments lately. Ironically my new sig is an apt reminder about life from another one who left us far too soon. RIP Red Ranger.:(

Popping back in just to express my condolences. Wish I'd had a chance to get to know you better man.

Rest in peace, Red Ranger. We'll miss ya.

Don't really know what to say, as I didn't know him well. But he seemed like a good guy with a good sense of humor. My condolences to his family and friends. I'm so sorry he had to deal with so much. :(

Red was a very good friend of mine and his passing rocks me to the core.

We'd always joke about his love for Black women with HUGE asses.
I'd joke about how her ass was so big, it might as well be a shelf
if you'd put a drink on it, it would walk away.
We'd laugh till our sides hurt.

I'll miss that and his Al Pacino impersonation.:)

Shake the gates of Heaven as you pass through, Ivan.
You left more than a mark, you left a dent.

This is really sad...:( I didn't know Red Ranger, but he was active in quite a few of the interesting Trek and Non-Trek topics of recent memory. He seemed like a decent guy and by reading some of the responses here, I think its safe to say that he was well liked. My condolences go out to his family and friends.
