Vance's Schematics III

The TMP version of above...

Hmmm - As this is a battleship, might I recommend another set of 2 standard photon tubes between the two upper warp engines (especially since that looks like a Constellation class dorsal assembly which would have such a launcher), and perhaps a rear-facing launcher beneath the neck, akin to the Federation class Dreadnaught upgrade?

Excellent work all around, though!

Vance. I love love LOVE your renditions of the SFB ships, and the TMP designs based off of them. They are seriously awesome. You're doing amazing work and I'm really enjoying it. :)

A couple of things I want to point out for the sake of accuracy though if you plan to incorporate them into your TOS ship compendium:

-The Big Mac(the MacArthur) actually has a neck like the Connie and the Federation, with a weapon deckhouse at the base. The secondary hull is the same shape, but the sensor dish is mounted at the front of it. Don't get me wrong, I think the "neckless" version looks better, but that's how it is according to the official miniature.

-The Mars-class BB has an assembly on the saucer like the Kearsarge-class NCL connecting the engines to the saucer. Also, the Mars-class's secondary hull is a significantly widened version of the Federation-class's secondary hull. And it also has the weapon deckhouse at the base of the neck as well.

Feel free to completely ignore all this, though. Like I said, I'm still really enjoying seeing what you're putting out. Have you considered doing the TOS versions of the Kearsarge-class NCL and New York-class NCA at all?

Glad you like!

-The Big Mac(the MacArthur)

Then... did I switch the Mac with the Julius Ceasar? The carriers and SCS vessels seem pretty inconsistent with their documentation.

-The Mars-class BB

Hmm.. is there a good shot of her from the bow? I do remember her secondary hull being more oblong, but how much so seems open to interpretation.

I already have the Keasarge, but I don't have a reference for the New York class at the moment. If you've got anything for her, let me know, and I'll get it done.

Northampton Class Frigate
FASA

(Ugh, this one is night impossible to do right, thanks to some of the worst examples of FASA consistency out there...)

How cool is this, the Andor and Northampton in one day! Two of my favorite designs ever. Please tell me your also doing the Thufir and the other Andorian designed destroyer from the Federation Ship Recognition Manual.

YES! YES! OMG! YES!

The ANDOR and NORTHHAPTON done by you in the same day YAY!!!!!!!!

I love those FASA Designs! Thanks for recreating them in this awesome manner. I love how you add things that FASA forgot (like the Jackill-style deflector on the Northampton).

And i second the wish for Lenthal and Thufir classes. Next to Chandley (which you already did) those are some of my favourites.

Got a very one-sided warning. Par for the course on a fan-site. Not worth going into here.
