Absolutely love this model but am not a fan of the big black painted areas. IMO, they kill the scale, making the ship seem smaller and more toy-like (as in 1980s GIJoe vehicle toy-like.)
And i am definitely not a fan of the pink nose and cat's eyes look of the upper saucer...
