Unexpected Trek References From Unexpected Sources

On "Mad Men", when Harry Crane sent Paul Kinsey off to Hollywood with a plane ticket, $500, and Kinsey's horrible Star Trek spec script "The Negron Complex."

Kor

I remember watching that scene for the first time, and wanting it to be the script for a real episode.

Not quite what the OP was intending, but I think this fits....
I saw a typical good ol' boy pickup truck the other day, and it wasn't a wannabe country boy either since he was actually hauling stuff. Anyway, it had Disabled Veteran tags, and several stickers on the rear window including NRA and Militia stickers. And.... a Klingon sticker. :wtf:

I have to admit though, that's almost normal for this city.

There was a BSG episode which featured "weapons locker 1701-D." I think even Ron Moore noted his surprise in the episode's podcast when that came up.

I'm rewatching Frasier from the start on Netflix, and the show is slowly building up enough references that it would be disqualified from this thread: you'd almost expect a Trek reference to pop up!

One of my favorites was when Frasier's son Frederick had his bar mitzvah. Due to your usual mixup, what ended up being recited wasn't Hebrew...
