UK Trailer update

Hi there

Thought I would post that I just returned from watching Quantum of Solace in the UK had NO trailer for Star Trek attached to it. Just incase others were wondering, it looks like that it will be a US release on November 14th.

You have almost every other movie there is (I have to wait till January to get my Kevin Smith Fix).

We Have Doctor Who, Torchwood and Bond. Go Us (And For the Record, You can have Torchwood first and I wouldnt bat an eyelid).

The point im trying to make here is, Im still pissed off I didnt see the Trailer on Quantum of Solace! Oh Well, it was a cracking good movie though.

Thanks to G.W. Bush we have lost leadership in everything else. I guess our movies and television are all we have left to boast about. I lost interest in Bond movies when they let Pierce Brosnan go.

Daniel Craig is far superior to Brosnan who wasn't a very good Bond anyways.

And it may not have shown up over there because then it would have

What I want is to have the trailer before the new Bond movie here in Taiwan. I haven't seen a trailer I wanted to see in the theater since The Phantom Menace...the rest all being seen on the net.

Oh yeah, of course.

But i guarentee us Brits will see it online before we see it in theatres. Not only that, what film would likely have it attactched.

It's sort of a comfort, because I know I won't be missing it on the big screen while I'm stuck here without a car. When (if) it does come out, my new flatmate, who does own a car, (and she happens to be a Trek fan) will probably have moved in, so..... yeah.

I dunno - I like the ability to replay a trailer online, and freeze it to get a better look. The only things I really prefer seeing on the big screen are huge-budget special effects films - everything else is just as good on a small screen. IMO.

Well, there's always that, I like replaying it several times, as well, but the big wow effect you get from watching it on the big screen is special, I think.

Yeah, the wow effect is there, but works better for full movies as opposed to trailers, for me anyway.
