-The final scene of "The Enterprise Incident", rather than being dropped off at the nearest Starbase, the Romulan Commander is beamed back to her ship, and is shown scurrying down a busy corridor in embarassment, still wearing her Spock dress, makeup smudged, doing the Walk of Shame.
-At the end of "Spock's Brain", Kirk says, "Well, Mr. Spock, now that you are once again fit for duty, start your computations for time travel. I want the last hour of my life back."
-Amid the laughter of the crew and the Klingons on the bridge of the Enterprise, the alien life form exits the ship at the end of "Day of the Dove". Suddenly, Kirk stabs Kang through the throat with a sword. The Enterprise crew continues laughing. After a moment, the Klingons join in.
