Kirk: Uhura can you adjust the Probe's transmission by accounting for density, temperature and sanility factors?

 

[Brian]

UHURA: I'll try, Sir.
(manipulates controls)
UHURA: I think I have it, Sir.

Kirk: And this is what it would sound like underwater?

 

[Brian]

UHURA: Yes, Sir.

Spock: Fascinating. If my suspicions are correct, there can be no response to this message. Excuse me.

Kirk: Where are you going?

Spock: To test my theory.

Also, going back a few pages, Saavik's lines "Thank you" and "Good day, Captain Spock. May your journey be free of incident" were missed out.
