Trump is the Singularity

Wild guess, you're a liberal? And the above is solely based on that.
It is both false logic and ignorant to suggest all those who criticize trump are "liberal". trump is not a conservative or a republican. He isn't a liberal either. There are more than two flavors available. He ran as a republican because he knew he had to run as one or the other (liberal/democrat) if he had any hope of getting enough electoral college votes to win. Also, it doesn't make you a traitor to the cause to criticize your leader(s) in the slightest. Thinking so is just buying into their brainwashing/bullying. Plenty of hardcore conservatives know damn well trump isn't one of them and they hate and fear him.

trump is the end point of the direction our society has been headed for a long time. He is not the disease. He is a symptom. He is, among other thing, the end result of a shoddy public school system, 65 years of Americans letting pop culture, their children's peers and strangers (teachers, pastors, etc) raise their children instead of doing it themselves, the basic lack of intelligence of the human race and the intrinsic survival-instinct selfishness that enables survival but inhibits traits such as tolerance, knowledge, curiousity, sharing and caring.

I'm most certainly not "liberal" in the modern sense (more like "classical liberal" - i.e. I believe in Liberty to determine my own life etc...).

I am - and have been a registered Republican since I was in high-school. However, I don't always vote Republican, if I don't like the candidate for a given spot. I most certainly didn't like Trump, one little bit...

"Trump won because parents didn't raise their children right" is certainly a novel explanation.

I'm going to sound off the wall on this one--but I'm going to say that Trump is actually proof that fly-over America is--very gradually--starting to turn Left. Trump at least pretends to be against free-trade--as Bernie did. He doesn't want to start another Cold War with Russia--and the Russia-phobia is beginning to wear.

A vote for Trump was tacit acknowledgement that Reaganomics do not work.

Even in my state of Alabama, a bill was passed through a Republican dominated government--that is a bit helpful at least:

More to do with folks scared of ACA repeal--but there it is. We will never get property taxes fixed--big timber barons run my state.

Folks are tired of endless investigations. Now is the time for folks to be pushing for living wage bills--talking up positive things.

The mindfuck with Trump is that, as much as he claimed to be the solution to decades of failed (ultimately conservative) economic policies, all he's really tried to do is... perpetuate and exacerbate them. Quite a con.

This is why--were I in charge of MSNBC (which is topping Fox these days) I'd nix the Russia deal--and focus on Sam Brownback.

I'd do a story praising him--as Zubrin's friend--pro space and all--and talk about how he wrecked Kansas with tax cuts.
I'd talk about how Santorum's accu-weather bill is an example of how privatization costs consumers more, not less.

Educate folks. As far as the endless investigations go--unless someone shows me footage of a politico choking out children or small animals--I don't care.

This is going to sound really strange, but I blame Woodward and Bernstein.

Nixon was easy to hate. But before Watergate, we didn't have reporters talking about Eisenhower and his driver, Kay. We didn't talk about JFK's affairs.

Instead--we focused on issues--and were well served. Since Watergate, newsmen want to be a part of the story--rather than reporting it.

Ironically--this actually helped conservatives--in that--the worse gov't looks--the more folks will distrust it.

Had I been the editor over Woodward and Bernstein--I would have told them to hold their fire. From what I gather, Nixon was going to have another go--there was to be a second break in planned. Had that been allowed to be played out--Nixon might have been removed from office faster--and less of our Saturday Morning cartoons pre-empted.

Hindsight is 20/20

Then too--as per the wiki: James F. Neal, who prosecuted the Watergate 7, did not believe Nixon had ordered the break-in because of Nixon's surprised reaction when he was told about it.

i disagree, he is the end result of the caucasian male being pushed too far and hated too freely. Feminism and PC culture exclusively target the white male. The left is violent, patronizing, and hellbent on giving away the modern caucasian empires to opposing ideologies

Godwin's Law, Part II.

Every online conversation will eventually invoke Trump as either the savior or the downfall of modern civilization.

You read it here first. :techman:

Trump is a liar and scam artist. You paid to settle his fraud case out of court for 25 million dollars. Trump has also had numerous bankruptcies and claimed a loss on that he borrowed from his casino's that he then used to file for a tax deferment where he didn't pay certain taxes for nearly 18 years that totaled close to a billion dollars.
