Not in the theater version (I haven't watched extras or anything yet). All we saw were his lights changing from red to blue as he sunk deeper into the water.

FYI in a recent interview Kosinski 100% confirmed that as far as their intentions for future storyline goes, Rinzler has fully rebooted into Tron, and is alive at the bottom of the Sea of Simulation. He's "dormant" for the time being. So he didn't just swim out later and we didn't see it. He didn't derezz though.

That's good to know. Anyone know if a new writer has been found? I would assume so if they're going ahead with the sequel. There was talk a few months back that Disney was not happy with the writers of Legacy.

Also I forgot to add that the "Tron Uprising" show is supposed to air next year.

Bruce was Tron. Sigh. Cindy Morgan was used as Lora in the Flynn Lives Viral Campaigns. At the San Fran convention one you can see Alan kissing her on stage and walking on and off with her. It's not known why she wasn't used in Legacy, my guess is because she wasn't vital to the plot in any way. Since Ram was in the Next Day short film I assume we could see Yori back as well.

Yes his face was shown. In the fight against Clu we clearly see Tron's face.

They probably didn't show his face much because it would've been too expensive to de-age Boxleitner the same way as Bridges.

^ They didn't really need to show Tron all that much though. I know fans wanted to see him more (as did I) but yeah Anwar's theory works as well as anything I've read.

As far as a "Tr3n" title proposals go...Return of Dillinger is stupid. Tron Lives is too hokey. I don't really see the point of having a subtitle. Why is it that we need subtitles in the first place? Audiences know this is a sequel, they will know that the third movie is the third movie. Tron 3 is a perfectly acceptable title to me. Studio execs think otherwise and it's baffling for the most part. Sigh.

Just because Dillinger was an evil bastard doesn't mean his son will be. Sure he's complicit in creating a new version to sell with no real improvements but let's face it's that was just being true to real life

The working title for Tron Legacy was Tron 2.0. and they used that for a while until the final draft.
