That line is accurate to the episode, but it's not accurate to "TWT". At that point in their conversation, Baris should have been saying "Captain Kirk, there are Klingon soldiers on this station. Now, I want you to keep that grain safe." The line in "T&T" is from the end of "TWT" when Baris is talking to Kirk about Cyrano Jones.

This is assuming the transcripts from www.chakoteya.net are accurate, which is what I assume everyone is using.
