Sisko: Ah, Until he heard rumors about an orb capable of taking him back in time.

 

[CoveTom]

BASHIR: So what's he planning to do? Contact his younger self and warn himself about Kirk?

 

[LeadHead]

Dax: He could be planning to kill Kirk.

 

[CoveTom]

SISKO: The bottom line is, we have to find Darvin and stop him before he has a chance to alter history. Do we know where he beamed to?

 

[Leandar]

Worf: No. He wiped the transporter logs when he beamed out.

 

[Brian]

O'BRIEN: So he could be on the Enterprise or the station.

 

[LeadHead]

Sisko: We'll have to search both without arousing suspicion or altering the timeline ourselves. The last thing I want is a visit from Temporal Investigations when we get home.

 

[Brian]

BASHIR: I suppose we ought to find a way to blend in.
(presto-changeo, everyone goes retro)
(scene changes to Defiant corridor)
BASHIR: Captain.

 

[Ziz]

Sisko: Lieutenant, actually. Didn't want to press my luck.

 

[LeadHead]

O'Brien: Looks good on you Sir.

 

[Brian]

SISKO: Thank you, Ensign.

 

[LeadHead]

Bashir: Wait a minute, aren't you two wearing the wrong color?

 

[Brian]

O'BRIEN: Don't you know anything about this period in time?

 

[LeadHead]

Bashir: I'm a Doctor, not an Historian.

 

[Leandar]

Sisko: In the old days, operations officers wore red, command officers wore gold....

 

[LeadHead]

Dax: And women wore less.

Sisko, Bashir and O'Brien see Dax in a Classic Womens Uniform complete with Miniskirt and beehive hairdo.

 

[Leandar]

Bashir: I think I'm going to like history.

 

[LeadHead]

Later, Sisko, Worf, Odo, Dax, Bashir and O'Brien are gathered in the Transporter Bay

O'Brien: The Enterprise used an old style duotronic sensor array. If we wait for the right point in the scan cycle, we can decloak the Defiant for almost 3 seconds without being detected.

 

[Leandar]

Sisko: Is that enough time to beam us aboard?

 

[LeadHead]

O'Brien: Barely.
