Not a bad first week for me. Especially considering I have 5 guys on the DL in the two leagues. Long way to go, but better than starting in a deep hole.

No it wasn't close. However, it was close for a while but then the dreaded last day came and things went downhill. I'm actually beginning to hate Sundays because it seems I really suck when it matters most. Oh well, it was one week and I was playing a guy with a big ego. There are many more weeks left. I just hope I can bounce back this week as I think it's a must win week for me. Just a way to boost confidence.

Looks like I'm starting in the hole in the ESPN league. None of my power hitters are hitting this week, I've got three on the DL between the two leagues, and I lost a keeper for the season (really should have kept Jeter and then focussed on pitching in the draft)

To be fair, I was beating you pretty much in the 10-5 range all week after you made that post last week. Sunday's stats didn't gain me a single category...

Looks like I'm picking up where I ended last season, with one team doing well and the other team floundering. Guess I should be glad that I only lost 3-7 to Scout in the keeper league.

Sure wish I had more news on Lance Berkman's injury- I have him in both leagues and it'd help to know if he's going to play or not.

My hitting was sweet this week, but Ian Kennedy and Jeremy Guthrie really hurt me in pitching. Guthrie is gone and I'm hoping Kennedy will improve. This week should be better.

Looks like the Tom Glavine deal is paying off so far. Great outing tonight, 3 hits, 3 walks, and no runs in 6.1 innings. The only reason he didn't get the win was because Atlanta's relief sucks.

Jeez, the Mets' bullpen sucks, too. Two days in a row I've had starters have an excellent outing, left the game with no runs and their team winning, only to have the bullpen blow it. First Glavine and now Oliver Perez.

That 0.79 ERA sure is nice though. To bad that won't be there for long.
