Hi there,
I'm not sure if this classifies a traditional form of "art," but here goes. I recently made a video spliced together when trapped in my apartment during the cold, cold freezing winter in the American Midwest. The attached video is here:

A few things about myself: I only started using Adobe Premiere about a 1.5 yrs ago; I am studying in a health profession (going into pediatrics soon) so this is a very casual hobby for me. I like visualizing concepts, and being very OCPD with video timing and soundtracks, but I haven't really tried 3D modeling (probably won't have time to learn with my lifestyle) and I definitely suck at drawing. But I do like all things Trek, so there you go.
I want to give special credit to HIKE Animation (Youtube link here: http://www.youtube.com/user/mylex67 ) for a CGI rendering of a specific scene. I could've used the original scene from the movie, but it looks a lot better with his video. I sent him/her a msg to ask for his approval, but I haven't received a response from him/her yet. Hopefully by adding him credit, it will be enough. Again, not doing this for profit, and I think by adding his credit in I wouldn't be detracting his potential profit either...
I would appreciate any thoughts/criticisms/ideas I could toy with.
Thanks!
