And he is immediately familiar to me but I can't place him. A few minutes later it hits me who he is.

He survived the night, but, shocking twist, the sorority sister who said she didn't do it, in fact did it, killed Paul at the end and framed him to make it look like he killed the other sorority sisters.

Eh... I take into account it's a Roger Corman movie and all that but the acting is really flat, stilted and... not good. Not so bad it's good, either.
