Well, the O.P. didn't distinguish between regulars and guest stars, so my faves are, in this order:

Nichelle Nichols -- Uhura. Damn, did she fill out that uniform! Esp. the one in Mirror, Mirror!

Yvonne Craig -- Marta. From Whom Gods Destroy. Also played Batgirl. Fine as wine!

Kate Woodville -- Natira. From The World Is Hollow & I Have Touched the Sky. One of only two McCoy love interests.

 

She did play Hot Lips Houlihan in the original M*A*S*H* movie!

 

When I was a kid, she was one of my TV crushes (along with Diana Rigg as Emma Peel and Yvonne Craig as Batgirl).

 

I got a pic of all the Trek women that were in TOS they all look beautiful as a fellow female they all look lovely

 

I'm shocked no one has mentioned Phyllis Douglas as Yeoman Mears in The Galileo Seven. So I'll mention her.Hot, hot, hot.....second place, well, gotta go with Sally Kellerman.

 

Well, it is doubtful that I would ever voluntarily opt to drink anyone's used bath water, but I guarantee you, if I had to choose between her used bath water and some random dude's used bath water, there is a 100% chance that I would choose hers.

On second thought, I would probably prefer Andrea's used bath water. Of course, since Andrea was an android, there is some question regarding exactly what she bathed in. One can only handle drinking so much cleaning fluid before vomiting or death ensues.

 

Glad someone else mentioned her - she'd be my darkhorse choice

 

Just to add some balance, how's about Catspaw's Sylvia? Aka Antoinette Bower.

Yep, in the film "MASH", circa 1970, as Major "Hot Lips" Margaret Houlihan (or O'Houlihan according to IMDB). Here is a picture of her from that time period with Elliott Gould, who played Trapper John McIntyre and the black actor who I believe played the football player Jones. IMDB does not identify the Jones character as one of the football players though.

Sherry Jackson as Andrea will forever be my all time favorite Trek babe. Followed closely by Yeoman Smith(?), the blonde hottie from WNMHGB. I don't remember the actress' name.

 

Her name is Andrea Dromm, and yeah, she was gorgeous.

 

Soooo pretty. Easily the hottest.
