Hell, if it were up to me this thing would just be called "Transformers 3". With regards to it being a smaller film...ummm...the story reports would indicate anything but it being a smaller film. It seems just as epic and bombastic as the first two films.

Unicron hasn't been mentioned by Bay or anyone else connected with the project but that wouldn't surprise me. If the Dark God does some how find his way into this project and they don't screw him up then I might actually watch this.

Orci and Kurtzman mentioned Unicron not long after TF2 had been released, although of course they're not attached to the project anymore.

That it's right there. If I stop and think about them more than a minute, then can't watch the live-action movies. And it isn't even that visually impressive. I'm sorry but the redesigned bots just look like crap to me; like something a 6 year old with a tinker-toy set would build.

Hopefully the twins will be muted this time around, they were another annoying factor of the second film (which I've still not seen again since the theater). I dunno. The story sounds a bit strange and overly ambitious like the second one. I thought Bay might learn from the mistakes they made in the sequel but I suppose not. Shockwave has me slightly interested. I'll probably rent this when it comes out on DVD next Christmas but won't be seeing it in theaters.
