Transformers 2 = Better Star Trek 2

i did see it. liked it. minus the two annoyingly useless characters (aka wayans bros.) it was quite enjoyable. seeing how bad the first one was, it could only go up from there... mostly.

Seen plenty of white boy wiggers with "Grillz". I don't know where most of you people live, but they come down to the Poconos from NYC all the time.

Weren't the two actors who voiced Skids and Mudflaps given a lot of room to ad lib?

But there's a lot of other stuff that bugs me (i.e. the Matrix of Leadership?!?! - the stupidest concept ever and completely unneeded considering how they could have done the same thing without it).

You do know The Matrix is directly from the cartoon, right?

Beyond that, they didn't need to find it since they had a shard in Megan Fox's bag that could've done the same thing.

Really, the first film was better?

With Bumblebee pissing on the Sector 7 guy? Optimus Prime saying, 'my bad'? The stupid hacker scenes? Overemphasis on the humans? An air strike by the humans (read: US military) which takes down the Decepticons? The maudlin sidestory with the wife at home? The Sector 7 underwear? The masturbation jokes? The lack of anything said by the Transformers themselves? The black charicature of the fat hacker?

These were all complaints and largely the emphasis on the humans was toned down and a much greater emphasis was placed on the Transformers themselves. Some of the fight scenes were done where you could actually see what was going on.

And I'm not saying it was the most amazing thing ever. I'm saying for what I expected it did a good job.

As opposed to the scene with the Constructicon's "balls"? That was stupider then ANYTHING in the first film.

:guffaw: :guffaw:

Admittedly, both Transformer films had their problems, but I think the first movie had fewer of them than the second one.
