Torres voice

Trekboy1993

Lieutenant
Red Shirt
Anyone notice that Torres voice in the early seasons had a Klingon accent but by later seasons she lost it

No, but I did notice that Chakotay has a bit of a lisp, as least in Parallax and Time & Again, when he says certain words. Never noticed that before...

Can't say that I ever have.
It was one particular scene in "Ex post facto" when Voyager is doing battle with the Nemari vessels.

when she says "make it look like where in serious trouble" it has a certain klingon touch to it that we didn't get from her very often. I wish she had kept that accent rather than sounding human

She sounds more 'sassy' than 'Klingony', as though she's relishing the chance to engage in old tactics and give a hostile a bloody nose (which is B'Elanna's specialty in early VOY).

If B'elanna had a Klingon accent, she gets it from her mother, and it only occasionally slips out because she spent her life focus on being unKlingon. B'elanna hates Klingons more than Worf's baby's mother.

Yet the latter was more Klingon than B'elanna ever was.
