That's actually NOT the point of the Evil Overlord list...
It's a list of all of the things you need to watch out for. The things that seem to trip up everyone that goes down that path. Basically, it's a list of what NOT to do, if you want to succeed!

Well...foresight far enough into the future to step out of the way of a moving vehicle or avoid touching that frayed electrical wire would be good.
Seriously though, as I'm writing this I'm watching an episode of the acclaimed British documentary series on World War II 'The World at War' specifically the episode on the Holocaust, if I'd been alive back then and had had a body and powers like Superman's I know what I would've done. And if I had them today, I would engage in regime change in every country that doesn't have a pro-western, secular, democratic government, and yes that does include Russia & China, with North Korea absorbed into the south and China absorbed by Taiwan.
So basically Captain America on steroids?

I would challenge the existing societal paradigm, and establish a standard for civil disobedience. And down social media influencers. Let them post videos of themselves starving for cake.
