Back in the mid 1990s I think it was, I remember on tv, one of the weekly music shows, there was a piece of music mixed from sound samples from tng. I don't know if it made it into the charts or not, but suspect it did. Distinctly remember the tune was constructed with computer blips, regular use of "warp core", and data saying "begin night watch" mid way through (taken from data's day)
