My first love was Deanna Troi. I think I have judged every single woman I've known against Deanna but none of them compared. She was beautiful, she had an amazing body, she was intelligent, she had a lovely voice, she was kind, she was absolutely perfect.
Having said that, I recently watched season one - nowhere near as bad as people make out BTW and there are actually some very good episodes - and I really liked Tasha. Tasha was a beautiful woman who was very strong but also very vulnerable too and that is a deadly combination. It is a shame she never lasted.
I loved K'Ehleyr too even though she was a Klingon and Shelby. Two very strong and very beautiful women. Ashley Judd was absolutely stunning.
Also there was Ardra. She was awesome. If I had of been Picard I would have just let her win the trial. I wouldn't have minded a thorough examination by Doctor Beverly. Tasha's sister was really nice. The blonde girl with the perm in the episode where they wanted to kill Wesley. The blonde in Angel One. I also had a thing for Lursa and B'Etor. I liked the Irish girl in Up The Long Ladder. I can't believe I almost forgot about Ensign Ro. She was great - I'd say she probably took second place behind Deanna. There is probably loads more.

Sonya Gomez! I loved her. I wish I knew what happened to her. There was also a brunette who sat at Ops during season 2 and season 3 and she was nice too but I didn't even know her name. I liked Yuta too until Riker inexplicably murdered her.
Picard. Worf, too, but mostly Picard.
