Thoughts on Kivas Fajo from "The Most Toys"?

he attempted suicide a few days before filming
He actually made the attempt during filming.

Edit: Not while they were literally filming of course. It was over the weekend that occurred during the episode's schedule.

I just looked up David Rappaport and damn, I was not prepared for finding out that the reason he lost the role was because he attempted suicide a few days before filming (and even sadder was when he killed himself a couple of months later). Sad, sad story. Poor guy!

Yep. You can even find clips of Rappaport playing the character on Youtube and I think they are also deleted scenes from the Blu Rays.

Btw, did anyone notice in this episode that whenever they show Fajo's ship in warp it always looks like it's flying at an angle instead of straight?

Fajo was a truly foul character, who thanks to a lucky transporter grab, escaped justice and received an all expenses paid trip to New Zealand instead.

I chuckled when Data touched the Roger Maris baseball card when told not too! For some reason it made Data seemed human in a way!

Maybe the first time Data lied. He clearly pulled the trigger so to speak. Makes you wonder if he would have did it knowing he was about to be rescued. My theory is he felt the only logical thing to do would be to kill him because he would kill again before every getting arrested. People think he pulled the trigger because of Varia but I think it might be from when he says he will do again to that other crewmen. That was how he found the needed logic to surpass his ethical programming.
