Everything in the Comic-con piece looked great, except for Thor. The actor didn't seem to have the weight and presence that Thor needs.
Although, he had so few lines in the trailer that it would be silly to judge it already. It does seem a bit shady that he isn't shown all that much in the trailer. It is a movie about Thor right?

I've watched it now several times and just think it's awesome. As I thought Kenneth Brannagh seems to understand the character and the universe he's in very well. Chris Hemsworth looks excellent and seems to be modeled after the Ultimates version of the character. I thought Hemsworth has a great presence as Thor but to each their own I suppose. I suppose those creatures are Frost Giants that I assume Loki tricked his half brother into releasing in some battle that opens the movie but that's just a guess on my part. Interested to see if the Captain America trailer will be able to match or top this. Agent Caulson is becoming a favorite character of mine.

Colm Feore is indeed awesome. Basically good at every role he plays. I think Loki looks sinister in a subtle way and am interested in seeing how his arc plays out in this film. l

Those SHIELD agents would have run like hell if they faced an army tank. Instead, they faced the Destroyer and tried to talk the metal monster into surrendering. Can you say intelligence failure?

Oh that would be awesome. I've already been thinking about the novelizations for "Thor", "Captain America: First Avenger" , "X-Men:First Class", and "Green Lantern".

Y'know what IS kind of interesting, in the teaser trailer, I'm hearing a hint of Ramin Djwadi's style of soundtrack in there. Think Marvel hired him for Thor? I really loved his Iron Man soundtrack and was kind of disappointed it wasn't in Iron Man 2.
Although that line at the end with Coulson, "Is it one of Stark's?" "How should I know, guy never tells me anything." kind of cracked me up. That's what I love about a shared movie-verse, you can have little tidbits like that. Just makes it feel like these movies, as great as they are, are only a small part of the whole story.

I read something that said to expect a "Captain America: First Avenger" trailer by the end of the year. I'm sure the Cap comic con teaser will leak eventually...although the panel description of it stated it was short since they basically have been shooting for a couple of weeks.
