The folks over at Bleeding Cool seem pretty certain that we will see Amora the Enchantress in Thor 2.
Mads Mikkelsen in talks to play the villain.
I hope he signs on, Mikkelsen is awesome. Any ideas who his character could be? On other sites people have suggested he could be playing Malekith, ruler of the Dark Elves.
There was another rumor going around a few days ago that the Enchantress would be involved in the movie. No idea if that was true or not, but I hope it is. She wouldn't have to be the villain, just another antagonist. And of course the Executioner would probably be involved if Amora is, too.

Eh, I hope not. He'd be wasted on the Executioner. Plus he's too small anyway.
Lord of the Dark Elves in a movie around Christmas time, ok. Elves, tis the season!!

Kang and Namor or the only two on that list that I feel confident in saying: Not going to happen.
Kang is an Avengers foe at his core.
Namor is not going to appear cause he's a leading star himself and will get a solo movie. I don't even know if Marvel technically has dibs on him. Is he mutant and falls into Fox Studios or FF related, either way he may be legally out of reach.
I'm hoping for Enchantress and Skurge in this film.

I'm pretty sure that another studio owns the rights to Namor (there was talk of Jonathan Mostow directing a few years ago). Can't remember who and it could be that they've let them lapse. But I think if Namor is to appear onscreen, he'll be the lead in his own movie.
Wonder if Duane Johnson is still interested in the part. He's a mite large for the role though.

The release date for Thor 2 has been moved up a week to the 8th November 2013. Also, Fox has set a release date for the sequel to X-Men: First Class of the 18th July 2014.
Likely a good call.
Increases the odds of a bigger OW, veresus those who might wait a week over Thanksgiving Holiday.
Now those people may go see it again with friends or relatives over said Holiday and keep the film with better box office for longer.
