I would have said "It's already Photoshopped!", but the lighting is too correct to be a fake. Apparently it's for a new documentary that's being filmed. Shatner interviews all five of the actors who have played Star Trek captains in the documentary, entitled 'The Captains', which airs on Epix in the U.S. next month. Sound intriguing. 
This also got a mention in TrekToday, a couple of weeks back. Nice to see it makes a great picture, too.
It doesn't need Photoshopping. People would use Photoshop to make this pic!
Maybe if someone could photoshop them into Starfleet uniforms, and stick an Enterprise room in the background though. Hm.....

Outside shots are terrible for Star Trek photo editing, as a majority of images available are done with inside lighting. I just didn't have the time and determination to try finding TMP and NuTrek uniforms with the right positions and lighting... So, just put them in a TOS setting.
