Thinking of getting a Mini

I am thinking of getting a mini one 5 door next year. It is the carnaby edition.

Are there anyone who have driven a mini before ?

I like the design of the car and how it is said to drive like a Go Kart.

But i have heard that it has problems regarding it's engines and yearly maintenance is more expensive than other cars in the hatchback category.

Is owning Mini worth it ?

I've driven one (test drive) some years back and it felt literally like a go-cart with doors!

That was a Cooper S though - not sure if the "Carnaby Edition" is quite the same thing...? Here is a review of the pros and cons:
