Scout, that was pretty much a Homerun as far as advice. Thanks. Besides, this is TrekBBS. Who says this Alrik has to be in any way associated with that putz from Valt? My Alrik is completely different.....cuz I say so. Besides, there is plenty of precedent in Trek of people having the same names. Just look at Soran or Noonien for starters. I mean WTF? So what the hell. I'll stick with it. I'll just chalk the entire idea up to midlife crisis.

If you do change your name you can always sig or location note it with "the user formerly known as Alrik" for a few months.
