Things we've learn from video games

There is no such thing as death
Guns reload to infinity
You can beat up a baddie who's many many times larger than you

and from The Sims, if you go out to work and the house has been redesigned in your absence, you won't notice...

Even in the middle of a crisis that threatens to destroy the world, you can stop and have an hour long conversation about love.

Who cares if you're out there fighting powerful soldiers and gigantic monsters? The hot girls in your party will still dress half-naked.

Bad people are often incredibly powerful...until they join your team.

No matter how many skills you learned or cool gear you got on your last adventure, it's best to leave it all behind and start fresh on your next one.

In a firefight, don't be a hero. Just hide in the shadows high above the battlefield and snipe your enemies away. Everyone will love you for it.

Medical Kits can heal anything instantly, just by stepping on them. Burns, bullet wounds, knife cuts, broken bones, etc.

Time can heal all wounds. ALL of them. Near death, just hide for a 15 seconds.

People hide bullets and ammo everywhere. Inside trash cans, behind boxes, in the middle of the street, etc.

Clothes dry instantly after jumping out of the water.

Wooden crates can be smashed to bits with just a few hits from a crowbar.

In Tenchu, I learned that guards are absolute retards. I threw posion food a few feet in front of a guard, and he ate it. Imagine standing around, and suddenly a sandwich is thrown from a shadowing corner and lands on the dirty floor in front of you. What would you do? Become suspicious or just eat it?

If given the chance to surrender, KEEP FIGHTING! Throwing down your weapon will do nothing to convince them that they should stop shooting.

Battles are taken in turns and even savage grass monsters are honourable enough to wait for you to select an action.

If you get shot just run around the corner and wait a few minutes and you will be right as rain.

You can crawl faster than your enemies can walk.

People leave critical information (passwords, keycodes, manifestos) lying around where anyone can find it.
