Things that frustrate us all

One of my teachers is really annoying and, among a multitude of other things, spends more time shouting at us to look her in the eyes than she does actually teaching us and it gets to the point where I have to focus so hard on making sure my focus never leaves her right eye that I can't really focus on what she's actually saying. She's somehow managed to make me dread my favourite-ever subject. :wah:

The bad news continues: first the social assistant of the psychiatry told me he considered living together with people with disabilities a bad idea, I tried to convince him that having people around me is good for my mental health, but no dice.

And now the doctor told me they're aiming for discharging me end of May, early June. I wish he hadn’t told me, now I'm filled with dread, agony and stress. I'm not ready yet, I know I'll probably feel differently when it's May but now it feels that they're rushing things

Where I'm going for therapy, there is a small garden. In the winter it's usually used for smoking, but our government wants discourage people, especially teenagers from smoking because vaping is populair.

So they are going to build smoking zones around the psychiatry, when the news was released there was an outrage from a few smokers.

They said it was discrimination and that it was like they lived in a dictatorship, and I'm just like: you keep using the word discrimination and dictatorship, I don't think you know what it means

Even the flies are asking for tips now??? :wah:
I watch BBC I player, and the first time I heard the term. I had to look up the meaning. I was watching a Martin Clunes comedy where he plays a Driver Training instructor. Fly tipping is short for "tipping on the fly" as in the waste bin being tipped or dumped by the side of the road, usually in a rural area, or in a vacant lot. The American term is littering or illegal dumping.

This is how I feel trying to get my Science grade up:

Tuesday morning conference calls with the other stores in our District where Jeff the District Manager does the 'Rah Rah' pep talk and tells us about the weekly sales promotions and how much of a bonus you'll earn if you sell the 'Managers Special', four tires, or wiper blades. It's all so much bullsh*t. I want to interject, "If corporate actually paid us employees a decent wage, you wouldn't have to resort to trying to upsell every service so we wouldn't need a bonus in our paycheck." That would probably get me a stern lecture or fired.

God, I'm so done with our government. We have currently have a system that allows us to retire at the early age of 58. I really get the feeling that they want us to force us to work, first they punishing those who are sick too long even though some people are severely disabled, then they raise the minimum age to retire and now this.

And of course it doesn't affect our politicians because they can retire at the age of 55 with their paychecks. And I'm possible already affected, if I stay in the psychiatry too long I can't retire early, so I kinda feel forced to search a new job quickly because there is no way I'm going back to my current job. Wish me luck! But Lord does this government sucks!

There was a notice on my door Monday evening that the annual fire alarm inspection was scheduled for Wednesday between the hours of 9am and 5pm and to have your pets secured when the fire department arrived.
I switched shifts with a co-worker so I could be here when they tested the alarms to make sure my cats were okay.
The fire department didn't show up until almost 5pm.
The last place I lived, I was in 'R' building, out of 'T', so I could understand the fire department not showing up until late in the afternoon.
I'm in 'C' building in my new place.
If the fire department had been going alphabetically, then I should have been one of the first buildings tested and I would have had the rest of the day to run errands. Instead, I'm stuck sitting around waiting for the fire department to show up. My entire day was wasted. What the heck took them so long?

Just how my inability to read social cues (I am completely to social cues) and take things literally gets me into so much trouble with people.

Are you in the US? If so, I am worried what will happen to laws like the ADA. I am on the autism spectrum (Asperger's) and so many people with disabilities are/have been afraid to out themselves to get accommodations for years due to fear of discrimination from employers despite the law.

Also, I fear what will happen to other disability laws like IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act)

There is a fan built into the wall of my room that I can't turn off and it's so loud and annoying that I've cried over it before. :wah: We're working on replacing it with a quieter fan. This has not happened yet. This is what it sounds like to walk into my room at the moment:
WWWWWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRWHRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

FedEx handed my package off to the post office, meaning one more day until I get it instead of today like FedEx tracking said I would. Not a big deal but I was here today! I might not be here tomorrow when it comes.
