Things that frustrate us all

Keep it. I understand. Even if it wasn't your first.

To this day I regret selling my red game boy colour, but I learned from that mistake and when I had the opportunity to sell my pokemon games I didn't. I payed for them so they're mine, plus I like my pokemon game collection

Thanks guys I've decided I will do the swap but keep my desktop machine. In my original plan I was never going to get rid of it anyway.

My indecision on this was just plain silly

I loved my first camcorder the best even though it did the least of the three.

Even had sentimental attachments to my first two VHS purchases, both starring Sigourney Weaver.

Strange how I pawned my only violin without a second thought. Its bow unravelled after I forgot to loosen up its horse-hairs after ten years of loyal service.

Was at the pharmacy. I’m pretty sure this guy came in, grabbed some bottled beverages and walked right out the front door.

Had to call another non-profit. I left a message that the member (my late father) was deceased and to stop correspondence to the member. When someone dies and stops paying dues, drop them from your rolls. My dad has been dead for over eight years, my mom for over 15 years. They aren't going to give to your organization, the dead don't give a s:censored:t the donation will be matched. Your emails go to the spam folder where they sit with the other 30+ messages per day from fake casinos, fake deposits, and the "women" who have seen me on "Facebook" and want to be my "girlfriend" (even though I have never had a Facebook, Twitter, X, Instagram or any other social media account).

Something like this seems to happen at our Shoppers Drug Mart location every other time I go there. :( They ended up getting a security guard to stand in the store to try to discourage this, but they're not really allowed to do anything, so people just continue walking out with baskets full of goods. And then of course everyone's unhappy that the prices keep going up because of this, which in turn just drives more theft... :sigh:

So my ex who also used be my best friend broke up with me while I was depressed and in a psychiatry ward of a hospital, AND told me he didn't want to be my friend anymore when were supposed to celebrate new years eve!

I'm angry, disappointed and sad. And I understand it, he was tired of being badmouthed by my mom and several others, and each time that happened I defended him. I even blocked them after I got mad, and I still lost him. So I'm also angry, sad and disappointed at my mom and everyone else who badmouthed him, because of them I lost him.

My best friend whom I grew up with, who I considered family, whom I did conventions with and whom I went to see movies. Goodbye my friend, I'll miss you

Sorry.
Whoever came up with that “What doesn’t kill me me makes me stronger..” really hadn’t a fucking clue.

Ain't that the truth?

It is one of those cliche phrases that I really dislike a lot.

I'm glad I'm not attracted to anyone and kind of happy nobody likes me either.

I have been having a problem with my new printer. It did not come with an hsb cord like they used to but buying it was quite easy enough. The scanner printer itself worked right away. But I tried to connect it to the computer, and it would not detect it for some reason. It was such a headache that I gave up. Weeks later I try again. Same thing but in a roundabout way I found a button for my printer. I decided to give the print test page a try just for the hell of it. And low and behold it worked. Then to see if it would also print from a website and that worked too. And after that a notice said it was unsuccessful even though it worked. So that was good but the big thing I wanted to finally resolve itself is to scan onto the computer. But i did a lot of troubleshooting which was useless. It's like the scanner part was an afterthought. Searching through the computer it's says printer scanner but there really isn't a separate scanner button. In the net drop down menu there is only print but no scan which isn't surprising, but I wonder now. It would help, lol.

I set up my printer by both being on the same wireless network. The scanning was difficult, but I was able to find my laptop's native Scan app and it was able to find my printer and I could scan from the laptop but couldn't send it by the printer.

Those last sounds annoying. It seems these "bugs" in computers are so nonsensical these days.

They're cheap.

People are simply looking to get the product out as quickly as possible, without much focus on the functionality. If it breaks, its cheaper to buy a new one than to fiddle with it sometimes. The bugs often come from the simple fact that companies are not doing anything more than the bare minimum.

I have strong hatred for "why aren't you over it by now?" First of all, fuck you! Secondly, it's not up to you to decide when someone should be over it. Thirdly, grief shouldn't have an expiration date. Seriously, it's like it was decided that you should stop grieving after a year and God forbid you should be over it by after the funeral or even decades later
