It's very frustrating, and painful.I have strong hatred for "why aren't you over it by now?" First of all, fuck you! Secondly, it's not up to you to decide when someone should be over it. Thirdly, grief shouldn't have an expiration date. Seriously, it's like it was decided that you should stop grieving after a year and God forbid you should be over it by after the funeral or even decades later
It's also very rude. My bro got annoyed and panicky when I was just coming to tears and not actually crying yet mind you with others to witness it when my mom was on her way out, but no one seemed bothered by it. Now he says he is the kind to feel nothing but grieve later. I don't know why. I told him I was the one who started out grieving but would heal over time. I can ugly cry but that has faded over time. I don't think that has anything to do with what I said. I think I can tell. Just maybe age and experience. So sorry. That sucks.I have strong hatred for "why aren't you over it by now?" I am on and off when it comes to that. I remember the song... Beyonce? Listening to it in a doctors office and was rolling my eyes. And then it was a celebrity too. So, it's not gonna be the same for regular folk as they are privileged. So that did not help. I actually do feel pretty strong right now and I am going through a lot of crap for which I will not go into. But i think I am very "strong" is not because of what is happening I just think I am at the point of acceptance, and I am just going with the flow.Sorry.
Whoever came up with that “What doesn’t kill me me makes me stronger..” really hadn’t a fucking clue.
I think pain shows our true character. That while under duress we let go of pretense and the need to be socially appropriate in order to fulfill whatever basic need is presented. I was in a car accident a few weeks ago and from what my sister-in-law told me my actions were to respond to try and minimize the damage. I honestly blank out on the moments before the crash. But, thankfully, everyone walked away. Also, some think pain breed's character. I think many are just strong in spite of these things and not because of them.
That is frustrating. I had the same problem with a multifunction Xerox Workcenter 6515. I found the problem to be the printer had a floating IP address as a default. Every time the computer, or printer was shut off and restarted, the IP address for the printer, changed. After assigning a static IP address to the printer, the problem was solved.Seems NOW I cannot print something from the internet now. The thing that worked out no longer worked out. The funny thing is it malfunctioned in the middle of printing out something, so I got like 2 pages only. I restarted it and did it again more than once and then nothing. I checked the actual scanner/printer/copier and it was on and there were no error lights blinking. No wonder the rug thing made me so happy lol. Seems from big to little something will be good but there will be something bad to screw it up. It has been so bad I am almost afraid to do anything. I need this thing for important stuff and not just for fun. I would not be surprised if it just randomly worked again. I know... but I can't help how I feel. I don't want to feel this way. Agh!
Glad you all walked away from the crash!I think pain shows our true character. I don't enjoy difficult times, but they often illustrate something I need to know about myself:
Huh. Sounds crazy. Thanks, maybe that will help. That is frustrating. I had the same problem with a multifunction Xerox Workcenter 6515. I hope it does solve the problem, it did for me. If something in the house connected to the router, like the car, trying to check for updates from Ford, it would change the IP address of the printer. Assigning a fixed address in the Printer and Computer finally stopped the issue.Huh. Sounds crazy. Thanks, maybe that will help.

The car that connects to my home wifi for updates, is eight years old, I do have a 1964 Pontiac Catalina that doesn't have wifi, my 2003 Crown Victoria doesn't either. When it sinks in that you drive an old vehicle…
Especially if it's Celsius haWhen you get back to the apartment to discover you forgot to turn the heat all the way off when you left this morning and it has been running at 65 degrees all day.
You might want to worry if your apartment catches on fire if you have the heater running at 65 C All Day.Especially if it's Celsius ha
How cold does it get where you live? You might actually use less energy keeping the apartment at a constant 65 degrees than heating it up every evening. When you get back to the apartment to discover you forgot to turn the heat all the way off when you left this morning and it has been running at 65 degrees all day.
I don't understand why stores even bother to put anyone by the doors to stop shoplifters, they're not actually allowed to do anything. You can ask them to please stop and ask to see their receipt if the security system goes off, but if they don't stop or won't give you their receipt you can't do anything. You aren't allow to stop them or even block their path or follow them or anything. Actual trained security guards might be able to do more though, this all just applies to regular associates.Something like this seems to happen at our Shoppers Drug Mart location every other time I go there. They ended up getting a security guard to stand in the store to try to discourage this, but they're not really allowed to do anything, so people just continue walking out with baskets full of goods. And then of course everyone's unhappy that the prices keep going up because of this, which in turn just drives more theft...
It depends on the state and what the laws, as well as store policy requires. For many stores, a person at the front is more about setting the tone of good customer service, greeting people, and thanking them, and creating the atmosphere that the employees are there to help rather than ignoring customers. Because of this, the idea is that a criminal will not want that attention and opt to not try, if they are looking for an easy score.I don't understand why stores even bother to put anyone by the doors to stop shoplifters, they're not actually allowed to do anything.
