Seems to happen every time I travel.
Now Murphy's law caught up with me:
woke up after 2 hours sleep and there was a very loud high pitched whine. Went to search for the source but it appears to be next door or in the shopping mall under my apartment. I put on ear protectors now but am too far awake to fall asleep again. And I feel a bit nauseous. Perhaps I caught a stomach bug.

At the clinic waiting room today, someone was listening to music on his phone.... without earphones. So not only there is music blasting and contributing to the noise, it's coming out of the worst speakers possible. None of the employees said anything to him. Once he got called up, he shut the music off.

Apparently the numbskulls who run YouTube Music have decided that making a playlist of children's songs to play in your car or school bus is a threatening behavior and has to be stopped.
WHAT?!
If you have the YouTube music app, try adding kid songs to your playlist. It'll stop you cold.

Also, I hate when electronic records are down. My regular pharmacy was not able to fill a prescription due their system being down so had to drive and wait.
