Try herbal remedies. They usually work fine. I've been taking a combination of valerian and passiflora for the last weeks and it works very nicely. The worst thing you can do is try to force yourself to sleep. It'll make you all the more awake. Try to take it easy, solve a crossword puzzle or listen to an audio book until you fall asleep. Doing hosework is a good solution, too
Also, try to go to bed always at the same time. For some reason, humans work better on a schedule.

So what? As long as you have fun and don't drive your neighbours into despair, there's no reason at all why you shouldn't sing. Things that are fun strengthen the immune system and therefore are good against Corona.Considering how much I love singing, it is unfortunate that I am so wretchedly terrible at it!![]()
