Things that frustrate us all

Caffeine seems to help with my neck pain.

Now I'm going to be up all night and probably all day tomorrow--er--today.

I need to sleep Tuesday night because I need to be up early to take my mom for her updated scan Wednesday morning. She needs to be there at 7:30 am.

When the weather forecast gets it all wrong and instead of a sunny afternoon like they promised, you get clouds and light rain!!!

That happens far too often around here. Even my live weather reports on my phone can be exactly the opposite of the weather that's actually happening above my head.

When people purposely, and with malicious intent, spoil the ends of recently released in theaters movies you won't get to see until they're on DVD.

One thing I appreciated with a recent cinema visit was that as we came out of the screening (There were huge queues just outside), nobody was revealing any spoilers to the people waiting. Normally, there's some discussion, but the only thing people were saying was that they enjoyed it.

(about to show my age here!)

So, unlike the guy that walked out of The Empire Strikes Back and yelled to the waiting crowd, "Darth Vader is Luke Skywalker's father!" :wtf:

Well, that wasn't me:D - I think I was too busy thinking about it as my first watch of either Star Wars or Empire was as a double bill when I was a kid.

This isn't a full on frustration more a curiosity, sort of an irritation. Why do couples say 'we're' pregnant? We may be becoming parents but are 'we' going to be giving birth?

You would THINK that someone who approaches me with an “URGENT” survey and begs me to forego my mandatory two weeks’ notice (right there in the written policy) and have it out before the weekend would respond to my emails about their survey construction in a timely fashion.

You would think that.

You would be wrong.
