Before the thread diverged into penis talk, I was going to point out that, in South Korea, people actually elect to have this kind of surgery on their tongue with the hopes that it'll help them speak English Rs better. Since the thread has kinda moved beyond that point (and not into the expected cunnilingus direction either) I'll just slowly back out of this thread looking disturbed

I do find it a little odd that I never had any speech problems. Hell, I didn't even know I was tongue-tied until I was about 16 and my dentist asked me if I wanted her to snip it off.
