Oddly enough, though, as soon as it happened my sex drive increased a lot! I think it was hiding in my frenulum the whole time.
I think this thread has more double entendre than you intended. While there are many parts of the body that can be referred to as a "frenulum," the one most commonly called simply that is the one on the underside of the penis. Kind of like how there are many sphincters in the body, such as in the eye and all throughout the digestive tract, but the word "sphincter" is usually associated with the anus.
There's still a little bit of that tendon left. I'm tempted to slice the rest of it off to see what other things [it] can do!
Try not to apply this logic to too many body parts.

The frenulum is part of the foreskin; it's purpose is to pull the foreskin back in place...y'know, after.
It gets all stretched out and flattened in circumcised men, though.
Before the thread diverged into penis talk, I was going to point out that, in South Korea, people actually elect to have this kind of surgery on their tongue with the hopes that it'll help them speak English Rs better. Since the thread has kinda moved beyond that point (and not into the expected cunnilingus direction either) I'll just slowly back out of this thread looking disturbed
